Your insurance plan through BCBS Global Solutions includes access to the BCBS Member Portal — your personalized online resource to help you get the most from your BCBS Healthcare benefits. Through the BCBS Member Portal, you can:

• Access your ID card and plan documents
• Find nearby in-network doctors and hospitals
• Make telemedicine and telecounseling virtual appointments
• Submit and track claims
• Access health and wellness resources
• Send questions to BCBS through the secure messaging portal

We strongly recommend that you register for your BCBS Member Portal account as soon as you're enrolled. You can register online or through the mobile app, and more instructions are included in the Welcome Email you received upon enrollment.

• How do I register for my BCBS Member Portal?

  You can register for your Cigna Envoy account as soon as you are enrolled. To do this, please follow the steps below.

  1. Visit https://members.bcbsglobalsolutions.com/login
     • Select Register Account.
  2. Enter your First and Last Name.
     • This should match the name in your Welcome Email.
  3. Enter your Email Address.
     • This should be the email address where you received your Welcome Email.
  4. Enter your Certificate Number.
     • This will be included in your Welcome Email and will appear as follows: QHSXXXXXXXXXG.
  5. Enter your Date of Birth (mm/dd/yyyy).
  6. Create a Password.
     • Your password must be at least 8 characters long, have at least one lower and one uppercase letter, and have at least one number and one symbol.
  7. Check your email to verify your account.
  8. Log in and accept the terms and conditions to finish signing in.
  Note: You will use this same username and password to log in to the BCBS Global Solution Mobile App.

• How do I access the BCBS Mobile App?

  You can download the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. This will allow you to access your insurance ID card, find providers, access telemedicine, and more directly from your mobile device.

  
  • If you’ve already registered for your BCBS Member Portal online, log in with the same username and password.
  • If you’re a new user, register through the App using the information found in the Welcome Email you received upon enrollment.
  • Once you’re registered, you can use the same login information for both the BCBS Member Portal and the Mobile App.

• Can I file a claim through the BCBS Member Portal?

  You will only need to file a claim if you paid for your medical visit or any prescription medication out-of-pocket. You will be able to submit your claim documents and check on the status of your claim online through your account.

  Through the BCBS Member Portal, you’ll be able to schedule a Global TeleMD virtual visit, make a telecounseling appointment through the Global Wellness Assist program, access wellness resources, search for in-network doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies, and more!
