If you submit your claim using the GeoBlue App or in the online Member Hub, you can track the status right online. You can also check the status of the claim by contacting GeoBlue’s Customer Service team.

Emails are responded to within 2 business days and general turnaround time on a claim is no longer than 30 days.


To access your GeoBlue account and track the status of your claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit the account registration page
  2. Complete all the form details
  3. Once you have done that, the system will walk you through the rest of the setup process
