How do I register for my Member Portal?
You can register for your Member Portal once you are enrolled in the plan. To register, please follow the steps below.
- Visit the Member Portal Registration page .

Enter your email address, WorldTrips’ policy number, name, date of birth, and password.
- Your email address, name, and date of birth should match the information from your enrollment.
- Your WorldTrips’ policy number can be found on your insurance ID card.
- Your password must be at least 8 characters and include: a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number, a special character, and no parts of your username.
- You will then be taken to the Sign In page. Enter the email address and password you used to register your account and click “Sign In.”

From there, you will be prompted to select a multifactor authentication method for security purposes. *Please be sure to use a method that you will have continual access to on your travels. Do not use phone numbers that will not work outside of your current service area.
- Okta Verify — Click "Setup" if you wish to use a push notification sent to the mobile app
- SMS Authentication — Click "Setup" if you wish to enter a single-use code that is sent to your mobile phone
- Voice Call Authentication — Click "Setup" if you wish to follow voice instructions via phone
- Security Question — Click "Setup" if you wish to answer a security question

The last step will prompt you to choose a "Forgot Password" question. *Make sure you select a question with only one correct answer that is easy to remember.
- You will need this answer to access your account if you ever forget your Member Portal password and need to reset it.
- You may also choose to add a phone number for resetting your password or unlocking your account using SMS text message or voice call if you don’t have access to your email.

Do I need to file a claim after every visit?
You will only need to submit a claim once per injury or illness, or if you’ve paid for any of your expenses out of pocket. You will be able to submit your claim, along with any itemized receipts, bills, prescription information, medical notes, etc., right online through your Member Portal.

What is an EOB?
When a claim is processed, you will be able to download your Explanation of Benefits (also called an EOB) through your Member Portal. This will explain how your claim has been processed or if any additional information has been requested that you will need to submit.
