When seeking in-person medical treatment, we suggest using your plan's PPO network to find doctors in your area. Inside the United States, your plan uses the Cigna Open Access Plus (OAP) Network, and you can use the online search tool below to find in-network doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
Remember
∙ Urgent Care Centers and Walk-In Clinics are often the best places to seek medical
care quickly and you will pay less out-of-pocket.
∙ Only use the Emergency Room (ER) in emergency situations. Your plan may include an
additional ER deductible that you will have to pay if you seek treatment at the Emergency Room.
To find providers, log in to your Cigna Envoy account, or visit www.cigna.com and follow these steps:
- Select “Employer or School”.
- Enter address, city, or zip code, and then choose doctor type, by name, or facility.
- Click “Continue as Guest.”
- Click on “Continue”.
- Choose the Open Access Plus Network.
- View search results.
Your insurance plan includes Teladoc when you are in the United States — allowing you to meet with a doctor via phone, web, or mobile app. There is no charge to use the service, and your insurance deductible is waived when using Teladoc. This should be your first choice when seeking treatment for non-emergency conditions.

We always suggest contacting Cigna prior to seeking treatment, as they will be able to assist you with finding providers in your area and verifying your benefits. There are a number of services that require pre-certification, such as a surgery, emergency evacuation, emergency reunion and any hospital admissions.
