We all feel down and low from time-to-time, but understanding and recognizing when you need some help is critical, and there are resources and services available to help you.

The following page will give you information and advice on where to seek help, and provide information on services (some free and some paid).

Seeking Care for your Mental Health

There are a number of ways you can seek medical care for your mental health. Some insurance plans include coverage for mental health benefits, whereas others exclude it. Regardless of whether your insurance plan includes coverage or not, there are still a number of low-cost ways to make sure you get the treatment you need.

Insurance includes Mental Health Benefits

When your insurance plan includes mental health coverage, you can seek medical care from a network provider and your insurance plan will cover the costs as outlined in your benefit table. You can search for providers online, and book an appointment directly with that provider.

Insurance excludes Mental Health Benefits

If your insurance plan does not include any mental health coverage, there are still options available to you. We would first recommend that you talk to your sponsor in the USA for assistance and guidance, they are there to help you and can provide you with the resources and support you need. You can also utilize any of the following free and paid resources that fit your needs.
you can access your brochure and certificate through MyDocuments , this will tell you if your plan includes mental health benefits. If you have any questions or are not sure, please contact our team for assistance.
