Do I need to file a claim after every visit?
You will need to file a claim by completing a claim form (and the accident questionnaire if your visit was due to an accident) once per injury or illness. You can learn more about how to file a claim through the Claims Center.

When a claim is processed, you will be able to access your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) through your UHC Member Portal. This will explain how your claim has been processed or if any additional information has been requested. Why can’t I access my ID Card through my UHC Member Portal?
Your ID card will not be available through your UHC Member Portal. Upon enrollment, you will receive a welcome email that includes a copy of your insurance ID card, and you can also access this, along with your policy details, through the MyDocuments section of your Student Zone.Why can’t I view any information about my Pharmacy Benefits through my UHC Member Portal?
