All360Health should be the first place you seek medical care for non-emergency illnesses and injuries, as it can save you time and money. Outside the USA, your insurance plan includes FREE access to All360Health, powered by Teladoc Health, so you can schedule an appointment right from the comfort of your own home.

Getting Started

Before you seek medical care, you will need to activate your account so you can schedule a Virtual Doctor’s visit:

Under 18? If you are a minor, you will need to call All360Health at +44 (0)20 3499 0736 to register. They will need the contact details of your parent/guardian to set up your account.

After activating your account, you can schedule a virtual doctor’s visit at any time! You will need to complete your medical history before your visit, and a doctor will then contact you via your preferred method.

Please note — there may be some circumstances where All360Health will treat a condition that your insurance plan does not cover. If you are given a prescription or referral for an ineligible injury or illness, these costs will not be covered under your insurance plan when you submit a claim. Please review your policy certificate , in the MyDocuments section of your student zone, for your full plan benefits and exclusions.

  • Why am I having trouble registering for All360Health?

    There could be a few reasons why you cannot register for the All360Health service. The most common reasons include:
    • Your program has not started — You will not be able to register for the All360Health service until after your insurance plan has started. If you aren’t sure when your plan starts, check your insurance ID card to confirm your plan's effective date, or ask your sponsoring organization.
    • You entered the wrong Membership/Access Code — When creating your account, you’ll be asked to enter a Membership/Access Code. This is your IMG Insured ID number, which can be found on your insurance ID card.
    • UK Registration — When registering in the UK, you will be prompted to provide additional ID verification. This can be done online.
    • You're under 18 — If you are a minor, you won’t be able to register online and will instead need to call All360Health at +44 (0)20 3499 0736 to register. They will need the contact details of your parent/guardian to set up your account.

  • How Can I Access All360Health?

    Once you have set up your account, you can access All360Health through your computer, tablet, or phone.
  • How Does All360Health Work?

    After you've created your account, it's simple to request a real-time video, app, or phone consultation with one of All360Health’s providers. A doctor will review your medical history and perform a video exam or phone consultation usually within minutes. You will then receive your medical records and care instructions electronically, along with any necessary prescriptions sent to your local pharmacy. If you require urgent care, you will be immediately referred to the nearest emergency room or urgent care center. The entire telehealth visit is completed on average within 30 minutes or less.
  • How Much Does the Service Cost?

    There is no cost associated with using All360Health, and your plan includes unlimited visits.
  • How Long Until I Can Speak with a Doctor?

    All360Health consultations are based on the current demand. Sometimes, you can seek care within the hour, and other times it can take a few hours for your consultation. 80% of callbacks will occur within 4 hours or less. You will be able to request an On Demand visit, and a doctor will contact you as soon as possible, or you can schedule a visit for a time in the future that works best for you.
  • Can I Get a Prescription?

    Yes, doctors can submit prescriptions for pick-up at your local pharmacy through the All360Health service. Depending on your plan, you may need to pay for your prescription upfront and submit a claim against your insurance plan for reimbursement.
  • What if I Need a Referral?

    If you are referred for follow-up care outside of All360Health, any further visits will be handled by your insurance per the benefits of your plan and will need to be submitted to your insurance company for processing.
