Misc. Information	Can be purchased for as little as 5 days up to 364 days. Cannot be physically located in Canada, Australia, NY, MD or WA at the time of purchase. Uses the UniteHealthCare Network in the United States.	Can be purchased for as little as 5 days up to 365 days, and renewed for up to 2 years or 3 years depending on the plan selected. Optional riders for Adventure Sports or Evacuation available. Uses the UniteHealthCare Network in the United States.

Please keep in mind that if you have a J visa, you will need to purchase a plan with a $100,000 policy maximum or greater and a $500 deductible or less.
