Juan joined ISI in June 2022, working at the Mexico City office.
Originally from Mexico City, he has always shown interest in
international relationships and languages. For several years, he has
been working as a professional customer service representative,
skilled in communication, adaptability, and problem solving,
providing the best service possible. He is studying for his
bachelor's degree in psychology at the Universidad del Valle de
México.
